Mrs. LaVita Galloway (Anderson) is a native of South Carolina. As a child, she developed a passion for learning about science and research.

Galloway is an alumna of Clemson University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. She is also an alumna of North Carolina Central University, where she earned a Master of Science in Biology.

Today, Galloway has blossomed into a writer and teaches science to middle school students.

LaVita enjoys teaching not only in the classroom but also through sharing books. As a creative writer, she inspires children from all walks of life.
